2006 NBA Finals - A Conspiracy Theory

Match-fixing, usually happens when India vs Pakistan cricket match. If it is match fixing, it will be very obvious when some of the legendry cricketers who are in good form will loose their wickets (get out) easily for no reason (like run - out) or and good bowler will out perform properly. Because these well paid criketers are agreed for a lum-sum amount of money and perform in favour of other team to win. If you are a cricket adherent, you know what i mean.

To me, This is first time I smell that NBA got rigged in favor of Miami-Heat despite their poor performace except Dwyane-Wade (aka Flash!!) for his sole and brillaint performace, Ofcoure basketball is not a one man game!! NBA finals was almost decided in favor of Dallas - Mavericks when they were 2-0 lead. Its all started when the game moved to Miami and the officials are started to support in favor of miami, there are lot of calls which are under dispute, unnecessary suspension on stackhouse during the crucial game 5.

The only difference between match fixing in Cricket and NBA is, in cricket bunch of bookies will pay the key players to underperform whereas in NBA, The whole organization (not the teams) + the officials will do in favor of the team which is hot in making more money buy selling tickets and merchandise!!

Red Hat Goes All Out for Developers

If you were looking for new products at Red Hat's second annual Red Hat Summit, you came to the wrong place. But, if you were interested in bigger and better development tools, you came to the right place.
Red Hat CEO Matthew Szulik introduced the company's new open-source developer community Web site, "108," in the show's morning meetings.
This new site is intended to help open source developers share resources; build and fetch code; find and meet other developers, interact with them; and collaborate with them.

Good place to contribute / interact / resource for open source tech.
